Remodeling decks for safety and enjoyment

Lorna’s back deck had become structurally unsound; however, she and her family enjoyed spending time outdoors. Reliable Home Experts worked diligently to replace the posts and dig new footers for the deck to be safely used. The client also enjoyed using the area under the deck.
With the deck remodeled in composite decking and a RainEscape drainage system installed beneath it, the homeowners were able to convert the space below into a fully protected screened-in porch featuring retractable screens, custom lighting, and ceiling fans.
Second deck with indoor/outdoor fireplace
Upon completion of the back deck, the client decided to add a new deck to provide space for an indoor/outdoor fireplace off the main floor.
The design team at RHE listened to the wishes of the client and worked closely to design a deck that the client will use for years to come. The client also added waterproofing to the deck and built a greenhouse below to grow fruits and vegetables year-round and supplement her outdoor food garden.
