Reliable Home Experts is the perfect name for this company. My husband and I put our trust in them to turn our newly bought fixer upper into the house of our dreams. That is exactly what they did! Like with any fixer upper there were a lot of unexpected issues along the way but RHE was right there each step of the way. They treated each issue with full transparency, laying out options in order to ensure we had a safe home for our family to move into. Even with complications from a mouse infestation, bad electrical lines, faulty plumbing and a leaky roof (just to name a few of the unexpected issues) my husband and I never felt like we were in over our heads. RHE was right there fixing every concern. When we did have urgent concerns, someone from RHE was immediately getting back to us in order to address the issue.
Even with all the setbacks RHE finished an entire house renovation in a quick and timely manner. Their crew was consistent and dependable, working at a pace that surprised me and my family. We worked closely with them from February to September, moving into the home in June. In the seven months of our project, we always felt that the crew from RHE were there to make sure everything went smoothly.
What I appreciated more than their efficiency was their focus on going above and beyond. I never felt like our house was just another job to them. They cared about making it a beautiful home just as much as my family did. Knowing that we have a dog and little kids, they made sure to keep our home construction site safe and clean. Not only are they great at what they do, they truly care about their clients and that is what sets them apart.

We had a water leak that ruined our kitchen cabinets and flooring. We needed a company we could trust to help us through an unexpected kitchen remodel. After meeting with Reliable Home Experts, we stopped looking. Although their bid wasn’t the lowest, their estimator, Sean, impressed us with his knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. Sean was at our home within a few days of my phone call. He provided an honest assessment of the damage and necessary repairs and was very helpful with the documentation required for our insurance company.
The work team led by Daniel was excellent. Daniel provided a detailed schedule with specific dates for each phase of the work, and the crew and subcontractors adhered to it with minimal exceptions. Daniel kept us informed about who would be in our home and when they would arrive. The owner, Scott, walked us through ordering cabinets and fixtures. The work crew and subcontractors were skilled, pleasant, and cleaned up daily. I loved that Amanda often came over after a subcontractor left to ensure our place was clean. We felt comfortable having them in our home even when we were not there. Reliable Home Experts made the chaotic remodel process much easier, allowing us to focus on our family and work commitments.

Reliable Home Experts really came through with our master bath remodel! It turned out better than we had envisioned! We and several other households had been ripped off for 10s of thousands of dollars by another contractor and left us without a master bath for over 10 months. We had to regroup and figure out who we could trust. RHE was the team. Sean, Dan and entire RHE team went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and worked hard to complete the remodel and deliver exactly what we'd hoped for.
They took the time to assess the work that had been done, hear what our vision was, and offered their professional expertise on how to achieve what we wanted. They were sensitive to the fact that we had been ghosted multiple times by the original contractor and were cancelled on many times. They communicated daily, delivered a schedule we tracked progress with and met with us weekly to assess progress and the quality of work. They were on top of everything and the team they assembled to do the tile, electric, plumbing and drywall were professional and fantastic!
When we had questions they addressed them. They stayed on schedule and if there were changes they reached out immediately. The communication gave us tremendous peace of mind and the quality of their work was second to none. We highly recommend RHE and we ourselves will be using them for future remodels.

We had checked with a couple other companies before coming across Reliable Home Experts and as soon as Sean came to the house we knew they were the correct choice to do our project. It was a huge project that required a lot of coordination to accomplish. Close to 40 years ago we added on to our home and our family room is on the second floor with an outside basement so essentially three stories up. We had rough framing done and my husband finished from there. A couple years ago we found that when the framing was done they hadn't put in enough structure and the walls were starting to bow out and the center of the roof was sagging. We had cables put in the maintain the structure while we tried to figure out what to do to fix the problem. We had a 12 foot cathedral ceiling and it took my husband a year to do the wood ceiling as he had to cut the boards stain them and then put them up to do the next group as it is in a pattern. As soon as Sean walked into the room he said we have to preserve this ceiling and they did a fabulous job of saving our ceiling. Each board was carefully removed and numbered as to its location. From the top of the walls up the entire roof structure had to be removed, trusses put in, the roof put back on (they saved the metal roof we had recently put on and reused it) and then all of the inside repair work. Sean had the company making the trusses come in and other contractors to decide how best to remove the roof structure and have it back under roof within 24 hours. Not to mention working around doing everything when it wouldn't rain. The roof structure was removed one day the opening was covered with tarps and the trusses went up the next day. Everything was perfectly coordinated and the trusses were in place in about 2 hours and the rest of the day was spent getting the trusses covered with the plywood. The metal roof was put on the next morning. Curtis and Scott who carefully removed the ceiling wood and insulation as well as putting it all back up keep the area clean so they weren't tracking dirt and insulation through my house. With the new trusses it lowered our ceiling 2 feet so the ceiling boards also had to be altered to fit and they did a fantastic job. We also had a full height storage closet that they had to figure out how to cut down to put in the trusses. I am posting pictures before, during, and after the work was mostly finished. All of my drywall was repaired where they had to put in support beams and then Amanda did an awesome job painting with a perfect match to the paint. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I would recommend their work to anyone.
