We recently had the pleasure of working with our wonderful clients, Marian & Terry, on a full home remodel in their charming Dayton, Ohio ranch. Their vision was clear, they wanted to open up their home and create a space that felt modern, spacious, and perfect for gathering with family and friends.

To bring that vision to life, we removed several interior walls to open up the floor plan, transforming the once segmented layout into a bright, inviting living space.
One of the biggest changes came in the kitchen, where we took out all of the outdated soffits to make room for taller upper cabinets, adding both style and much-needed storage. We also installed a larger island that not only serves as a central workspace but also provides additional seating and storage. As a bonus, we found a way to integrate a space-saving stackable washer and dryer into the layout without sacrificing flow or function.
